What the audit covers
Most small businesses lose hours to the same kind of work: copying data from one tool to another, answering the same customer questions, checking the website by hand, building the same report every Monday. The audit finds that work and puts a number on it.
- How the work gets done today. The tools, the hand-offs and the steps people repeat.
- What AI can take on safely. And what should stay with a person.
- What each change saves. Estimated hours and dollars, item by item, from what I see in your business.
- How to build it. Off-the-shelf tools where they fit, custom work where they don't.
Some people call this an AI readiness assessment. Same idea: you find out where AI fits before you spend money building anything.
Who it's for
Small and mid-sized businesses with repetitive computer work: admin, data entry, customer service, reporting or online store operations. You don't need a technical team or a plan for AI. You need work that eats hours every week.
I'm based in Montreal and work with businesses across Quebec in person or by video, and remotely elsewhere in Canada.
How it works
- I observe. One or two sessions with the people who do the work, at your office in Montreal or by video.
- You get the plan. A written AI plan, then a call where I walk you through it. It takes 5–10 business days, depending on how quickly your tech team or leadership can give me access to the systems I need to see.
- You decide what's next. Build it yourself, with another firm, or with me. The plan is yours either way.
Before I see your systems or data, I sign a confidentiality agreement.
Price
The audit is a fixed price: $2,500 CAD. Paid in full upfront, or split: part upfront, the rest at the midpoint. You keep 100% of whatever it saves.

What is an AI audit?
A close look at how your business runs day to day, to find the repetitive work AI can take on safely. I watch the work being done, then write up what to automate, what each change saves, and how to build it. You end up with a plan you can act on, not a slide deck.
How long does an AI audit take?
5–10 business days. That covers one or two observation sessions with your team, the written plan and a walkthrough call. The range depends on how quickly your tech team or leadership can give me access to the systems I need to see.
How much does an AI audit cost?
$2,500 CAD, fixed. Paid in full upfront, or split: part upfront, the rest at the midpoint. Any build that follows is scoped and priced separately, in writing, before work starts.
Do I need technical staff?
No. I need time with the people who do the work, and access to see the tools they use. If you have a tech team, they can help me get that access faster. The plan is written for the owner, not for engineers.
Do I have to hire Cobb & Co to build it?
No. The plan is yours. Build it yourself, hand it to another firm, or have me build it. Your call.
