DevvE had no significant online identity beyond their Twitter account and possessed minimal assets beyond their logo. This situation presented us with the unique challenge of building the brand and company's presence from the ground up for market presentation.

Our comprehensive scope included:

• Developing a Brand Guide
• Creating designs in Figma
• Producing 3D and Animated Assets for Hosting
• Developing and Launching the Website
• Collaborating closely with a Marketing Agency and Partners

By engaging in detailed discussions with the Envirron team and establishing a collaborative framework with our partners at Sublight, we identified the responsibilities and timelines necessary to complete the project. With a short timeline to deliver, our project management needed to by under the Hybrid approach and was a necessity to work dynamically with the larger team.

This strategic planning enabled us to successfully launch the new website, marking a significant milestone in establishing DevvE's market presence.

DevvE has now become a separate entity and holds now an online identity to present to investors and consumers of the cryptocurrency.

By creating a lean and fast website experience, DevvE has a smooth onboarding experience in preparation for its launch.
